New Ky
I love love love my Prius. Love it. And I promised a picture, so here it is…

I love it so much, I park it in the living room right on my hardwood floor.
When we made the transition to the new car, I was worried about Lina. “It will be such a big change for her,” I said to Shane. “I’m sure she’s never imagined getting another car. I don’t know how she’ll handle it.” I wondered how she would feel when she saw our CR-V drive away for the last time, with a stranger at the wheel.
Well, it turns out that our girl does just fine with change. The first day I came to pick her up in the new car she said “Hi New Ky!” as we approached it. Happy as a clam. Just fine. And once again I was reminded how easily I can confuse her feelings with my own. Oh yeah. I’m the one who holds on and resists. That’s me. Not Lina.
But the new car is wonderful. Toyota is smart enough to know that their Prius customers love technology, so I now have a Bluetooth phone connection, smartkey system, homelink system, back-up camera… the list goes on. Not to mention how nice it is to come home to clean floors.
