It must be summer break
because today as I unloaded my clothes from the dryer, I actually ironed them. One by one. And folded them perfectly. I even ironed some dishtowels. Just because I had the time.
The Atomic Mama has her moments of domestic divinity, always by choice.

I say it’s because you don’t yet have all of your faculties back in order from our brief but fabulous visit to the desert. the ironing just sets things firmly back in order, so that your OC self can get a good jumpstart to get ready for those millions of summer projects. (did I say I need a cell phone pocket in my birthday favor bag?)
next you’ll be cleaning the cat box ’til it sparkles….like diamonds.
